Article one:

Para (2) item (2) article (1) of circular 10/94 shall be modified to be as follows:

Rental rate for imposed salvage tug boats per hour

Type of tug:

up to 3400 hp USD 700
up to 3700 hp USD 800

up to 5000 hp USD 1000

up to 8000 hp USD 1500

up to 16000 hp USD 3000

Article two:

This circular takes effect as of October 1/2008
