Reduction in Transit Tolls for VLCC's In Ballast Coming from America to the Arabian Gulf

Article One:

        Circular No. 7/2004 concerning reduction in transit Tolls for VLCC's in ballast coming from America to the Arabian Gulf, shall be amended to read as follows:

        A 20% reduction from the applicable SC transit tolls shall be offered to VLCC's - in ballast of 200.000 DWT and above, coming from the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean and the North Coast of South America.

Article Two:

        This circular takes effect as of 15/3/2006
