Amendment to Article 105 of the Suez Canal Rules of navigation, December 2007 edition, page 204

Article One:

The above mentioned article of the Suez Canal Rules of navigation shall be amended to read as follows: due to special arrangements made by the SCA, a surcharge of 25%of the normal transit dues shall be levied on navy and auxiliary ships .the such surcharge shall also be applicable to any other vessel whose military cargo represents 50% more of its total cargo.

This circular takes effect as of 1/1/2008
