UASC

 

Was formed on July 1, 1976 by agreement between the governments of six

shareholding Arabian Gulf states. It was incorporated in Kuwait to perform all shipping activities with authorized capital of US$ 1,770 million, Subscribed capital of US$991,2 million.

 

The company operates a container fleet of around 82,000 TEUs ( 65% self-owned), It

owns a fleet of 46 vessels (31 bulk carriers and 15 container ships).

UASC offices are located in Kuwait H.O., Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Qatar, Bahrain, U.S.A., U.K., Tokyo, Singapore, Houston. The company has a worldwide network of agents.
